No printing on both sides!?

The plugin is apparently not letting me to print on both sides. Or change the printer settings, for that matter. The printing is stuck to "Letter" page size, while every printer I could possibly use print A4.

So I'm left with having to do some weird voodoo magic to get a proper print. Thanks guys..

We've tried several different printers and computers and we're not yet able to reproduce this problem. We can print two-sided without any difficulty. Does any other user have this problem? If so, could you add to this thread with a more detailed description of your printer model, O/S version, and (if possible) driver information?

As for the question of Letter vs. A4, I think this is a property of all PDF files, not anything to do with the plugin. Here in the US, I frequently find my (Letter size) printer stalled because I've sent it an A4 document. I can generally unstick it by resetting the paper size to A4 on the printer itself. I don't know if this counts as "weird voodoo magic" or not! Does any user in A4-land have a better workaround for how to print our Letter sized PDF files?

The printer is a networked Xerox DocuPrint N2125, my OS Windows XP pro SP 2, and the details of the system are managed by someone else.

Well, here in FI I often get around that problem by setting paper size to A4 in printer properties before printing. It usually works, but now it doesn't. I can set printing to A4 at the printer, but wouldn't like to run back-and-forth to do it if I wanted to print several sections.

Additionally, I noticed that I can't print multiple pages per sheet either. It seems like anything and everything I can do in the print dialog is in vain (apart from the page range setting).

And quite frankly, "weird voodoo magic" would be to circumvent the protection somehow or find an unprotected version of the books somewhere.

I'd like to pay for the content as a conventional, working PDF without the nag paragraph on every page. I'd very much dislike paying for the book, thanks to the publisher..
