I use my handheld often to read pdf files (and even my phone sometimes). But these platforms rely on third-party pdf viewers, clearly not compatible with the plugin. I'd imagine that even Adobe's mobile versions of the reader wouldn't work with this either.

This is a shame that this resource would become intentionally crippled in such a way that it's no longer accessible to mobile devices and other non-standard platforms.

I guess the tech-conformist movement currently led by Apple is spreading into places I never imagined. :(
