The NR book is describing the sparse format used in
the PCGPAK. The book is referring to square matrix only
and there no routines to update an existent sparse
matrix (sa,ija), i.e. add, remove or change an element.

To implement these new routines I would like to have further
docs about the format. PCGPAK is not availble on line.

Do you have some info,docs,pdf,... about the format specification?
