Hello all,

I have a set of data, position in time, and I need to filter them as well as remove some glitches; the datatset is kind of noisy. In the literature people uses the Butterworth filter with a cut-off frequency of about 8-10 Hz. I 'm trying to implement such a filter to my dataset but have not, so far, been able to. I would like someone to tell me how to do that. I need to know almost each step of the process since my math knowledge is very limited.
