Yes, we're giving up on the FileOpen plug-in: just too many problems reported by Mac and Linux users (Windows seems to be generally ok).
Instead, we're introducing two new snazzy bookreaders, which we call "Empanel" and "Rollover". Look here (http://www.nr.com/bookreader_chooser.html) to decide which to choose, or try both!
The new bookreaders should work with any O/S and any browser. They do require Flash, which (we are told) is already installed in 96% of all browsers.
