A user with Adobe Reader 8.1.2 on Mac OS 10.5.4 reports problems opening saved PDF files when off-line. The error message is: "There was an error contacting the server: your inet connection is missing or is disabled. Please check your Internet connection". Since we do support off-line reading, this shouldn't happen. On the same machine, but in a Win XP virtual machine, off-line opening works fine, so we know that this is not a network issue. It might be an issue with the Mac version of the FileOpen plug-in.
