How do I go about getting the password to the free content (C second edition) the website says it's free and that you need a password but does not tell you how to get the password to the free content (I guess they want you to buy the new book :rolleyes:)

You don't need a password. You need to install a free plugin for Adobe Reader. Details are given at http://www.nr.com/oldverswitcher.html
