I purchased the software online and I lost the download. I tried to redownload but says I need a new Key.

I have tried serveral times to contact NR to get me a new key and they will not respond to me. I need the code ASAP and this is seriously affecting my development. I should not have to post to a forum to get a response from NR. I am not happy about that guys......

On a positive note.....very happy for the third addition. The new algos are just what I am looking for. I just hope they are very fast and scale to large data sets.

We are now in direct email communication and believe that this problem is solved. If not, let us know.

Thanks for the kind words about the Third Edition. It is full of new stuff that we are hoping that people will like!
