Just moving to F90. Tried to run the example on page 936.
Problems with the linker. The authors write "compile flmoon and bessj0 routines". However, there is no bessj0. There are bessj0_s and bessj0_v. Which one has to be compiled and linked?

Compile and link the whole bessj0 file (both bessj0_s and bessj0_v). The INTERFACE declaration in nr.f90 takes care of resolving which one gets called.

Is there any detailed procedure for running the f90 code on the
"Code CDROM v 2.11" under WXP available somewhere.
